Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Effective Date: June 09, 2026

This shipping policy applies to all ceramic tableware, bowls, plates and dinnerware orders in our store. By completing checkout, you agree to all shipping terms below.
  1. Order Processing

All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process orders on weekends and official holidays. All holiday orders will be shipped on the next working day.
  2. Shipping Fee & Delivery Time

Standard International Shipping: $7.99 per order, free shipping for orders over $119, delivery in 7-15 business days.

Express Shipping: $15.99 per order, delivery in 4-7 business days, no free shipping discount.
  3. Customs & Taxes

All import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer. We will provide customs documents for clearance, and we take no responsibility for customs detention or extra fees.
  4. Fragile Product Packaging

Our bowls and plates are fragile ceramic tableware. All goods are packed with bubble foam, shockproof cotton and hard cartons with fragile label to avoid breakage during international transit.
  5. Package Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours after shipment. Customs clearance will cause slight tracking update delay, which is normal.
  6. Broken & Lost Package Policy

Please check goods immediately after receiving. If the ceramic bowls or plates are broken, cracked or damaged, please send us package photos within 48 hours, we will offer free replacement or full refund for free.

If package lost confirmed, we support full refund or reshipment.
  7. Return Shipping Rule

Buyer pays return shipping cost for personal reason returns (dislike, wrong style). Goods must be unused, original packed and unbroken.

We cover return shipping fees for original quality and broken product problems.
  8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, customs policy changes and logistics emergencies.
