These legal terms apply to all purchases of our ceramic dinnerware, bowls and tableware. Using this website and placing orders means you agree to all terms, shipping policy and store rules.
  1. Product Description

    All tableware pictures, color and size are for reference only. Slight color difference caused by light and screen display is normal, not product quality problem. All ceramic products are daily household tableware only.
  2. Price & Payment

    All prices are USD, without international tax and duty fees. We reserve the right to adjust product price and stock without prior notice. We can cancel abnormal or fraud orders directly.
  3. Intellectual Property

    All website pictures, texts, logo and design belong to our store. No copy, reproduce or commercial use without written permission.
  4. Product Use Notice

    These ceramic bowls and plates are only for daily food use, not for industrial use. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, artificial breakage or high-temperature misuse.
  5. Liability Limitation

    We only compensate for original broken goods during delivery. We will not compensate for indirect loss, personal loss and extra business loss to the largest extent permitted by law.
  6. Store Right

    We reserve the right to update shipping rules and legal terms anytime. New policy will take effect once published on store page.
  7. Governing Law

    This agreement is governed by United States commercial law.
